    All in all everything was nice, had a such wonderful stay which rare to get in other hotels especially on weekend. The location was good really next to the mosque. Overall it was good sized with a partial haram view.

    A really nice stay on this visit with good staff and location. All in all best possible setting just next door to one restaurant for the customers, food places, the holy mosque. Courtesy from the whole staff.

    Excellent location right in front of the main gate, fast food options within a minute's walk, nearby shopping mall with a superstore

    The hotel is quite dated and the furniture is in desperate need of an upgrade!!! There were inconvenient issues like the broken sink tap and the freezing cold rooms that weren't adjustable !!!

    الطاقم ودود ومتعاون جدا وخاصة طاقم المطعم . يشكروا على بشاشتهم وحسن خدمتهم

    أسعار قائمة الطعام مرتفعة جدا . النظافة هذه المرة ليست كما ينبغي، خاصة حيث أثاث الغرفة والحمام ، بالنظافة بالنظافة الأعلى ، خاصة ان الفندق متميز عن البقية بالنظافة . إضافة إلى أن الموظف في الاستقبال هذه المرة لم يكن كما من موظفي هيلتون، وبالأخص شخص القرافي تدريبه اكثر حسن مع التعامل من حيث البشاشة هو العملاء

    The service in the restaurant was very good. The location was very good.

    Breakfast and dinner were not as rich as I had expected. The cleanliness in the rooms was not sufficient.
